During a successful career in the aviation industry in Port Hardy, B.C., Chad found himself drawn to real estate as he began assisting his wife, a real estate agent at the time. “On my four days off from the aircraft refueler job, I enjoyed spending time with her on her appointments, chauffeuring her all over the North Island, taking photos of her listings, hammering in her signs, measuring the properties, and just watching and learning,” Chad explains, “She has inspired and encouraged me through this journey and I wouldn’t be where I am without her support.”
